Restaurant Management Software, Built Around How You Actually Serve

We design and build custom restaurant software that ties POS, table and order management, fiscalization and inventory into one system. Floor staff send orders straight to the kitchen, every receipt is fiscalized with its NIVF/NSLF and QR code, and stock updates as you sell. Built by a Tirana team that already runs a live hospitality platform on the Albanian coast.

One system from table to receipt

A restaurant runs on speed and accuracy under pressure. Instead of stitching together a cash register, a notepad and a separate stock sheet, we build a single system where an order taken at the table flows to the kitchen, prints a fiscalized receipt and decrements inventory automatically. Fewer steps means fewer mistakes on a busy Friday night.

  • POS for fast checkout, split bills, discounts and multiple payment methods
  • Table and floor plan management with order status per table
  • Orders routed to kitchen or bar displays and printers in real time
  • Fiscalized receipts with NIVF/NSLF and QR code on every sale
  • Inventory that decrements as dishes and drinks are sold

Fiscalization built in, not bolted on

In Albania every restaurant receipt must be fiscalized in real time: signed with an AKSHI digital certificate, transmitted to the tax authority and returned with an NIVF or NSLF identifier and a QR code before the customer pays. We build this directly into the checkout flow, with offline queueing so a connectivity drop never stops service. Fiscalization is part of our core practice, not a feature we learned for one project.

  • Real-time transmission to the tax authority for every receipt
  • AKSHI digital certificate signing and secure key handling
  • NIVF/NSLF identifiers and verification QR codes printed automatically
  • Offline queueing so sales reconcile once the connection returns
  • Optional Italian e-invoicing (SdI / FatturaPA) for cross-border operators

Inventory and kitchen that talk to each other

The difference between a profitable kitchen and a guessing game is knowing what you actually have. We connect recipes to stock so each sale draws down ingredients, flags low items and shows real food cost per dish. Kitchen displays replace paper tickets, keeping the line in sync with the floor even at peak.

  • Recipe and ingredient mapping for accurate stock deduction
  • Low-stock alerts and supplier order lists
  • Food-cost and margin reporting per dish and per category
  • Kitchen Display System (KDS) replacing paper tickets
  • Waste and stock-count tools for honest end-of-day numbers

Hospitality experience we can prove

We are not learning hospitality on your dime. Square built and still operates SunEasy, a live booking and payment platform on the Albanian Riviera with 10,000+ users and 20,000+ bookings across 25+ locations, with cashless in-app payments and a trilingual EN/IT/AL interface. That is real, transaction-heavy, multi-location software handling money and peak-season load — the same muscles a restaurant system needs.

  • SunEasy: 10,000+ users and 20,000+ bookings on the Albanian coast
  • Real cashless payment flows handling live money
  • Multi-location operations from a single platform
  • Trilingual interface — English, Italian and Albanian
  • Proven under real seasonal peaks, not a demo

Custom, not a rented box

Off-the-shelf restaurant POS forces your operation into someone else's template and charges per terminal forever. We build software you own, shaped around your menu, your floor and the way your team actually works — whether that is a single café, a multi-branch group or a restaurant attached to a hotel. As a Tirana nearshore team we share your working day on CET and speak Albanian, Italian and English.

  • Software tailored to your menu, floor plan and workflows
  • Web and mobile/tablet ordering for staff and, optionally, guests
  • Integrations with delivery, accounting and existing back-office tools
  • Public rate band €35-55/hour, 30-60% below Western-European houses
  • CET overlap and communication in Albanian, Italian and English

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does the restaurant software handle Albanian fiscalization?
Yes. Every receipt is signed with an AKSHI digital certificate, transmitted to the tax authority in real time and returned with an NIVF or NSLF identifier and a QR code before the customer pays. We also build offline queueing so a connectivity drop never stops service. Fiscalization is part of our core practice, not a one-off add-on.
  • Can it manage tables, orders and the kitchen, not just payments?
Yes. We build POS together with floor-plan and table management, order routing to kitchen and bar displays, and inventory that decrements as you sell. The point is one connected system, so an order taken at the table flows to the kitchen and the receipt in a single path instead of three disconnected tools.
  • Do you have real restaurant or hospitality experience?
We build and operate SunEasy, a live booking and payment platform on the Albanian Riviera with 10,000+ users, 20,000+ bookings across 25+ locations, cashless in-app payments and a trilingual EN/IT/AL interface. That is real, transaction-heavy, multi-location hospitality software handling money under seasonal peaks — the same foundation a restaurant system needs. We do not claim restaurant clients we do not have; we point to capability we can prove.
  • Is this custom software or a ready-made POS we rent?
It is custom software you own, built around your menu, floor plan and workflows. Unlike boxed POS that charges per terminal forever and forces your operation into a fixed template, we shape the system to how your team actually works — a single café, a multi-branch group or a restaurant inside a hotel.
  • Can it work for multiple locations and in several languages?
Yes. We build multi-location operations from one platform and multilingual interfaces — SunEasy runs 25+ locations and ships in English, Italian and Albanian. The same approach applies to a restaurant group that wants central reporting across branches with local language for each team.
  • What does it cost and how long does it take?
Our public rate band is €35-55 per hour, typically 30-60% below comparable Western-European software houses. Timeline depends on scope — a focused POS-plus-fiscalization build is faster than a full multi-branch platform with inventory and integrations. Every engagement starts with a written estimate so cost and timeline are agreed up front.
