You get a reply within one business day, from the person who would run the work rather than a sales desk. First we ask for enough detail to tell whether we are a good fit: what the software has to do, who uses it, any system it has to talk to, and your deadline. If it fits, we book a 30-minute call and follow it with a written scope, a price and a delivery window. Nothing is billed before you have agreed that document.

Two ways. Time and materials at 35-55 EUR per hour, invoiced monthly against a timesheet you can audit, which suits work whose scope will move as you learn. Or a fixed price against a scope we have written down together, which suits a defined deliverable such as an integration or a first release. The hourly band depends on stack and seniority, not on which country you are calling from.

Three things are enough for a useful answer: the problem in plain language, the constraint that actually binds you (a launch date, a budget ceiling, a regulator, an existing database), and who signs off. A screenshot or a link to the system you use today tells us more than a specification does. If you have none of that yet, the call is the faster route.

Yes. We sign your NDA, or send ours before the first call if you prefer. Project data sits on infrastructure named in the contract, access is limited to the engineers assigned to your project, and at the end of an engagement we hand back or delete what we hold on request. For clients in the EU we sign a data processing agreement setting out what we may access and for how long.

Yes. We build and integrate invoicing against the Albanian fiscalization service, including certificate handling, invoice signing and the retry logic the process needs when the service is unreachable. This is the one part of our work that is country-specific: it applies to Albania only and does not carry over to other markets.

Square Software has three people on payroll, so you deal directly with the people writing your code. That size sets real limits, and we would rather name them on the first call than after signing: we do not staff a 24/7 support rota, we do not take on work that needs a dozen developers at once, and we decline deadlines that can only be met by skipping testing. For some jobs a three-person firm is the wrong supplier, and we will say so.
