Two ways. Time and materials at EUR 35 to 55 per hour, invoiced monthly against a timesheet you can audit, for work whose scope will move as you learn. Or a fixed price against a scope we write down together, for a defined deliverable such as an integration or a first release. The rate depends on stack and seniority, and you get it in writing before anything is billed.

Three things are enough for a useful answer: the problem in plain language, the constraint that actually binds you (a launch date, a budget ceiling, a regulator, an existing database), and who signs off. A screenshot or a link to the system you use today tells us more than a specification does. If you have none of that yet, the call is the faster route.

Yes. We sign your NDA, or send ours before the first call if you prefer. Project data sits on infrastructure named in the contract, access is limited to the engineers assigned to your project, and at the end of an engagement we hand back or delete what we hold on request. For clients in the EU we sign a data processing agreement setting out what we may access and for how long.

Yes. We build and integrate invoicing against the Albanian fiscalization service, including certificate handling, invoice signing and the retry logic the process needs when the service is unreachable. This is the one part of our work that is country-specific: it applies to Albania only and does not carry over to other markets.

You deal directly with the engineers writing your code: no account layer, no handover to people you have not met. Support runs during Central European business hours: we reply within a few hours, and by the next working day at the latest. We do not skip testing to hit a date, and if a project is outside what we build well, we say so on the first call.
