It reaches the people who would do the work, not a sales desk. We reply within a few hours on CET working days, and by the next working day at the latest, with questions, a proposed 30-minute call or a rough range. If it is not work we should take, we say so in that reply.

What the software must do, who uses it, what it connects to, and your deadline. A budget range helps us size the first version. A screenshot or the spreadsheet you want to replace beats a long brief, and so does a link to a product that already works the way you want.

No. The written estimate is free and needs no signature. If the scope is still open, we send a price range that lists the open points, then settle those points with you, still at no cost. Nothing is billed before you sign a contract.

Our band is EUR 35 to 55 per hour, set by the stack, the seniority the work needs and how much of the specification already exists. Fixed-price work is quoted from the same band. There is no account-management fee on the invoice: you talk to the people writing the code. You get a range in writing before you spend anything.

Yes, and before any detail changes hands if you prefer. Tick the NDA box and we attach a mutual NDA to our reply, or send yours for review. Until one is signed, keep credentials, customer records and anything under an existing confidentiality obligation out of the form. Describing the shape of the problem is enough for us to reply.

We use it only to answer your enquiry. We do not sell it, add you to a mailing list or pass it to a third-party sales tool. We keep it for 36 months and delete the technical details sooner. In short cycles, each ending in something you can open and use. Code lives in a repository you can access from day one, and it stays with you if the engagement ends. You get a named person to talk to and a plain status note when something slips.

We are in Tirana, on Central European Time, so the working day overlaps fully with Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and the rest of the EU, and covers the US east coast morning. We work in English, Italian and Albanian, and calls, written updates and documentation can be in whichever of the three suits your team.

Yes. We build invoicing and point-of-sale software that reports to Albania's central fiscalization platform: certificate-based authentication, real-time registration of each invoice, and the fiscal identifiers the platform returns. That experience is Albania-only. If you need a certified off-the-shelf fiscal product, not custom software, say so in your first message and we will tell you straight away if we can help.

Paid-advertising management, standalone graphic design, hardware supply, and single-afternoon fixes on somebody else's plugin. We also turn down work where the deadline is already impossible, and work that needs more people than we can staff properly. We would rather decline a project than take it and miss the deadline.
