Overview
GVS Collector is the booking hub for tour operators: GetYourGuide, Viator and direct bookings in one place, one seat pool, QR tickets and WhatsApp alerts for guides.
We built GVS Collector as the central booking system for GVS Tours, and it runs their operation today. GetYourGuide and Viator connect to it directly: they read live availability, hold seats while the traveller pays, then confirm or cancel. Staff add direct bookings in the same panel. Every channel draws from one seat pool, so a seat held for Viator cannot be sold on GetYourGuide at the same moment. Each booking gets a QR ticket, and the guide covering the tour hears about it on WhatsApp.
