Coastal Sales Representatives (Ionian & Adriatic)

Positions: 2 Openings (1 x Ionian Coast | 1 x Adriatic Coast) Term: Seasonal (15 May – 30 September) Schedule: Flexible / Field-based Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ABOUT THE ROLE SunEasy is on a mission to make booking a sunbed as effortless as ordering a coffee. We are digitizing the beach and pool experience across Albania and we need two boots-on-the-ground sales leaders to make it happen. This isn't a cold-calling desk job. You’ll be the face of SunEasy, spending your days in the sunshine meeting operators, understanding their pain points, and showing them how our tech transforms their season. Sunscreen is highly recommended. CHOOSE YOUR TERRITORY We are looking for experts who know their coastline like the back of their hand: Option A: Ionian Representative - Focus: Sarandë, Ksamil, Himara, and the Albanian Riviera. Option B: Adriatic Representative - Focus: Durrës, Shëngjin, Vlorë, and the Northern coastline. WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO Onboard Partners: Prospect and visit beach clubs, hotel pools, and private venues. Product Demos: Make the app feel effortless for operators who may be tech-shy. Close Deals: Move from first meeting to signed agreement independently. Manage Relationships: Be the ongoing point of contact, upselling features and solving problems fast. Collaborate: Share field insights with the SunEasy team to hit weekly and monthly KPIs. WHO YOU ARE The Professional: 2+ years of field or B2B sales experience. You know how to close without being "pushy." The Local: You live in or are deeply familiar with your chosen territory (Ionian or Adriatic). The People Person: You genuinely enjoy building relationships, not just making transactions. The Tech-Savvy Introvert/Extrovert: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should love a good app and communicate with ease. Linguistic Skills: Fluent in Albanian and English (Italian is a major plus).
